Charles & Charles Realty works rentals, residential sales and commercial property across Palm Beach County — the island, downtown, the barrier islands and the western communities. It is run by Wislet Joseph, who handles the calls, the showings and the paperwork himself.
The work, plainly.
Most real estate websites are a wall of listings and a phone number nobody picks up. That is not useful when you are trying to move in next month or open a storefront by spring. So this one works the other way: tell us what you need, and the answer comes back from someone who has walked the property.
Palm Beach County rewards local knowledge. A unit on the ocean side of Singer Island carries insurance and association costs that change the real monthly number. A downtown building with thin reserves is a different proposition from its neighbor with a healthy one. An equestrian-season lease can outperform an annual one by a wide margin, if the dates line up. None of that shows up on a listing portal.
We also say no. If a price is wrong, a space does not suit your business, or a building has a problem you will regret, you will hear it before you sign — not after.
